TSD Presents Their 2022 Employee of the Year Award

Congratulations to Shalawn Spear, TSD’s Maintenance Director, for being nominated by her fellow employees as the 2022 Employee of the Year. She joined the TSD family in September of 2018.

Here are some of the things her fellow co-workers have said about why she deserves this award:

• Shalawn keeps our fleet rolling every day! She is also on call 24/7, 365.
• Shalawn gives her all every day. Even when she is not here she will still try to help you and not just the drivers. She has been there for me and others in the office many times.
• She always answers her phone and helps drivers, even on her time off, vacation etc.
• She tries her hardest to make sure we pay the best price possible for our maintenance. She set up a new maintenance system to better track our costs while maintaining the old way of doing things. She will track down and help with any invoices or questions. She pays attention to her work and is very accurate.
• Shalawn has always given help to anyone that has asked her for computer help or whatever other reason. Shalawn gives 110% of herself to her work. She takes pride in her work and gets the job done whatever it takes..
