TSD Announces 2020 Employees of the Year
Congratulations to our Office of the Year Employee-Eddie Magness and our Driver of the Year-Ron Elizondo. These awards are voted on by their fellow employees. These 2 were nominated by multiple employees.
Eddie Magness has been with TSD since December of 1999. He is our customer service rep for our CB division and dispatches most of our Canada Drivers. These are just some of the reasons given by his peers that he should receive this award:
-He is always there to help you with any problems. He is very conscientiousness person and takes pride in his work.
-Eddie goes above and beyond for not only his drivers but any drivers who contact him. He works at any hours of the day and is always on the phone. Despite the stress he deals with he always has a smile on his face.
-Eddie is one of the best driver managers I have ever had…always there for you…always answers the phone so on top of his game
-Our customers Love Eddie. He is a large part of why we are successful with the lanes and why the plants ask for us.
Ron Elizondo has been with TSD since October 1996. He is currently the only driver to reach 3 million safe driving miles.
These are just some of the reasons given by his peers that he should receive this award:
-Ron is always cheery to talk to and will run and do whatever dispatch asks of him. He’s always a team player and is one of the best faces of TSD.
-Ron consistently makes the miles and helps any driver who needs it.
-Ron is one of the nicest, friendliest drivers I have met.
-Ron is one of the safest drivers we have. He pulls the miles while staying safe and legal.
